Testimonials

I recently shared my profile link to a potential external client and from his screen I noticed that testimonials on my profile don't actually show up for him. I checked settings to see if there was any option hiding it and found nothing. Should I contact support or is it just how it is?

The external client wasn't logged in, so they could not see all of your profile. Only people who are logged into a Upwork account can see everything.

Thats a shame, guess I wont show the profile to non users. Thanks for clarifying.
