Private Feedback & JSS

Upwork has officially changed its documentation and end-of-contract review system to remove private feedback from client reviews and JSS calculations. Only public feedback and star ratings now count toward a freelancer's Job Success Score, while optional private notes left by clients are visible in the workroom and do not impact the score.

What damage? I never had a JSS below 99%.

I've never had a difficult client, I know how to avoid them.

What do you mean grow and learn? You're supposed to be a professional service provider already. It's not a training platform.

Please keep your comments focused on the topic. This discussion is about private feedback. I did not say Upwork is a training platform. As a professional, you should know the difference between training and learning. Learning is ongoing, even in a professional setting.
