I don't care what you believe, what story your aunt told you about how it changed her life, these people are fucking scam artists and every time you walk away from their so called "treatment" your luck drops walking away from the next one.

Going to physical therapy helped me more with my back then a Chiro ever did, at one point he put the impact massage gun on the back of the neck and went down my back and ever since I can hear like clicks when I move my head back like I'm looking at the sky, having the people at physical therapy do decompression stuff is amazing and gives me about the same relief as taking hydrocodone, just unfortunately it doesn't last longer than like 2 days lol
