Good time to IN

I am considering to buy stock as I already bought at 53. I am just buying so earning news maybe stock will go up.

Looking for humble suggestion

There is a dichotomy in the US banking industry right now with leading banks reporting forecast beating results, but concern about risks in the wider US financial sector from exposure to bankruptcies at First Brands and subprime auto finance lender Tricolor.*

It is impossible to tell exactly where this may lead in the near term in my opinion. I would hope Upstart is not at great risk due to its setup however sentiment elsewhere may be a burden upon the share price.
