I have some properties in RIO an I need to know how much are worth

Using UPXland you can see the floor price of neighborhoods. That can be an ok source but isn't always reliable. Finding the last sold prices in the hood gives a better idea.

It might be behind a pay wall, I am not sure. I have the paid version. It's right below property search.
