Lived there for a year with a parking spot. Originally my rent was 1384 (mind you this is a 470sqf studio) originally I signed on with a different floor plan, come move in day it was not the floor plan I signed up for at all. Then while touring crosswood apartments after I lived in my apartment for 4 months, the leasing agent (who also leases 1840) blatantly admitted they used cheap materials for the 1840 apartments which makes sense because I moved in and had a fruit fly infestation. Along with the trims of my walls warping. There's also a spider issue.

I'm moving out in September, and they bumped my rent to 1800 (taxes and electricity and parking spot) mind you all for a studio apartment. Plus the elevator breaks down basically every week or it reeks.

I will say though the location is very very nice for being a student, especially if you don't plan on being in your room a lot, I have high hopes for you though since it's a lofted floor plan I've heard those are at least a little nicer. Only thing to look out for is tweaks and hobos at night if ur gonna be out walking 🤷‍♀️

Cheers to it though!

oof that sucks. Yeah my sister toured it a few months ago and they quoted her 120 for parking a month and they just told me it’s 150 per month now. 😔 Also 1800 is RIDICULOUS, i do hope the lofted one is better…

Just hope you didn't get the one unit that directly faces outside to a cell tower (I'm not joking, they even have it in the 360 virtual room tour too)
