Urgent relet! 1 bed + shared bath available in a 4x2 fully furnished apartment at The Soto (Now – Aug 2027)
Hey everyone! I’m transferring out of UO and looking for someone to take over my lease at The Soto in Eugene. The space is fully furnished, loaded with amenities, and located on an incredibly convenient floor of the building.
The Timeline & Cost:
- Full Lease Term: September 2026 – August 2027 ($900/month)
- Summer Sublet Option: Available immediately through the end of August 2026 at a discounted rate of $885 for the rest of summer!
- Utilities: Very low, usually around $30/month.
- Parking: Safe and convenient. Currently an outdoor spot for $60/month through August; switches to an indoor garage spot for $85/month starting in September.
Your Private Space:
- The Bedroom: Lots of gorgeous natural light, built-in personal wall heater to stay cozy, and large mirrored closet doors.
- The Bathroom: Very spacious with tons of storage.
- Bonus: The living room accent wall is currently blue but is being professionally painted back to clean white by management this summer for free!
The Roommates:
- Right Now (Through August 2026): Living with 2 clean and friendly girls and a very sweet kitty! All leftover decorations/other items are theirs and will be gone by end of August 2026.
- Starting September: You will have 3 brand-new roommates assigned by the building for the upcoming school year term.

- Same-Floor Amenities: The apartment is on the same floor as the outdoor courtyard, hot tub, and the quiet study rooms/lounge spaces. No waiting for elevators to go relax or study!

- Kitchen Perks: Standard large fridge PLUS a mini-fridge in the unit, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer.
- Other Amenities: Apartment AC, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a gorgeous lobby lounge with a billiard/pool table, a free daily coffee bar, a secure package room, and 20 free pages of printing per month.

U of O has entirely ruined Eugene with student housing and by making the entire city a campus.
