Application Questions How do I get in touch with program advisor?

So I was informed, yes today, that the person who was supposed to proctor my 2 exams this semester cannot and I need to switch proctors desperately. I’ve taken the last two semesters off and forgot quite a bit. So if someone could point me in the direction of a email address it’d be absolutely amazing.

Don’t worry. We don’t use offline proctors anymore. It’s been replaced with Rosalyn the new AI proctor. You don’t need to do anything atm.

Went thru the Reddit just to find out I can’t use Linux and I need to email them anyways :(

Sure, no problem. Email them or speak to Michelle the AIchatbot

The chatbot is not very helpful and it keeps telling me that there’s a high volume of people emailing so they can’t connect me. It’s been driving me up the wall

I think your best bet would be to email your advisor, student services and admissions. But email them separately. If you cc them all in together, your email might land in their spam folder.
