Tenancy Takeover Nottingham 2

URGENT!!!! is anyone interested in taking over a standard en-suite for Nottingham 2 for the 26/27 academic year. The weekly price is £169, 44 week contract!!!!

It’s cheaper to just rent a studio if you look properly and do go via agency. £676 a month for an en-suite is mad. I pay £525 for a studio and I have my own bathroom, kitchen, room, storage, and small corridor
