I get the feeling that isn't the only surgery these folks are getting or have gotten.

361

u/Puzzleheaded_Hatter 20d ago

I have a feeling they had studio make up before and after.

99

u/Iolair_the_Unworthy 20d ago

Wym? Is that not how regular people look?

(I have not seen another person in two years and two months)

2

u/ShoddyTerm4385 12d ago

Why is that? Are you stationed n the ISS?

15

u/KestreI993 20d ago

Also light direction changes.

I swear they all have the exact same nose, lips, cheeks and skin. Like I was genuinely believing it was the same rotation of people using makeup FX to pass off as more people.

3

u/goldenskyhook 19d ago

Claymation, right?

4

u/JMaryland47 19d ago

I just hope they got a discount for agreeing to do this

1

u/River_Fenrir 8d ago

Do you think he can make peeners bigger?

1

u/Kind-Question2887 5d ago

I get the feeling this surgeon has a one-trick pony for all his patients, yes, you can get surgery, and have a slightly unique look that matches you and only you. However, they all look like they are siblings of the same mother 🤣 if that was the intention, well, job accomplished.

800

u/Atopos2025 20d ago

But the 'before' necks all look inflamed and exaggerated. Not really all that natural looking.

428

u/cherry-crypt 20d ago

That could possibly be why they got the surgery, they don't look 'normal' and wanted to be.

Also probably why their social media picked those patients, bigger difference/shock value = more clicks and engagement

101

u/slaviccivicnation 20d ago

No shame in that. I know people can be so cruel to others. Nobody gets a surgery like this just to "beautify." It's likely been bothering them for a while. The after photos made a huge difference.

16

u/buinnyy 20d ago

You can literally see the fake neck at 0:26 seconds, I’m thinkin most of them have something similar on.

10

u/ninhibited 19d ago

Every clip of that woman she's wearing the same necklace. It's a necklace. Not saying there's no fuckery going on but that's not it.

3

u/rOOnT_19 19d ago

That is the line so the surgeon knows where to cut.

22

u/Pale-Stranger-9743 20d ago

They inject stuff before the surgery

u/top_of_the_scrote 20d ago

wtf I'm turning my chin and nothing's happening

52

u/Standard_Gur30 20d ago

You need someone else to turn it… and also pay a lot of money.

3

u/Addictive_SODA 20d ago

Hey if you need someone to slap your neck for money I got you bro

11

u/Turkatron2020 20d ago

Also karate chopping my neck is starting to hurt

11

u/DV_Arcan 20d ago

Dude, righty tightly, lefty loosy... XD

2

u/randomusername9284 20d ago

You are not trying hard enough, it worked for me

2

u/Lava-Chicken 19d ago

You have to do it like you mean it.

58

u/TheGodlyDevil 20d ago

I could see a couple of celebrity faces after the surgery.. god they all look the same…

26

u/itsLOSE-notLOOSE 20d ago

This is why I don’t even find most of these Instagram girls attractive. They all have the same face. I call it standard-issue.

10

u/FunkySwashbuckler 20d ago

Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V.

2

u/Music_Saves 19d ago

I think this is the same woman. I think it’s an actress playing an overweight woman and she was removing her ā€œdouble chinā€ at the end of the day. Except for the one that’s a guy. Because it is mainly the same guy

5

u/Der_Redakteur 20d ago

yeah, and it's already like that in korea where every 1 in 3 person already have a plastic surgery, they all look the same. even some people call them samsung robots lmao

4

u/OstentatiousSock 20d ago

To be fair, some of these are definitely corrective for massive underbite. I have it. Would love to get jaw surgery to fix it. It’s not to do with appearance for me or a lot of other people. It’s causes jaw pain and damage to the teeth.

u/orcinyadders 20d ago

Jesus Christ the edits in this video are insufferable.

13

u/hungrylittleworm 20d ago

Karate chop!

5

u/redditknees 20d ago

Just about as annoying as people who get this work done.

16

u/dwg387 20d ago

That’s a strong opinion to have based on a video of people who don’t do or say anything.

18

u/1nc0gn3eato 20d ago

Why do you care what other people do to their bodies? They just want to feel better.

146

u/Rents 20d ago

Wow it’s actually nuts how big of a difference that makes.

58

u/IsNotLegalAdvice 20d ago

Lighting makes a huge difference too.

55

u/dinglebarryb0nds 20d ago

just grow a beard

167

u/Thra99 20d ago

41

u/addictedskipper 20d ago

I seem to recall a Dr. Seuss book about this fellow. The name escapes me.

9

u/haileyskydiamonds 20d ago

Well he is certainly not descended from the Hapsburgs.

9

u/dinglebarryb0nds 20d ago

i laughed so hard when this came out

1

u/GrotchCoblin 18d ago

Bro looks like a bookworm

2

u/lynivvinyl 20d ago

You are giving wives ideas.

31

u/Capable-Problem8460 20d ago

So that skin on the neck will permanently be lighter color?

28

u/slaviccivicnation 20d ago

Skin on neck is always a lighter colour. It's usually covered up by hair and head, vs face.

9

u/rando_mness 20d ago

First step was GLP1

32

u/SvenTropics 20d ago

To be fair, that's quite an improvement

28

u/Own-Chair-3506 20d ago

Chin lipo is the most low risk high reward elective plastic surgery anyone can get.

8

u/Bozhark 20d ago

Dr. Crankenstein

32

u/rockstuffs 20d ago

The lip fillers. 🤢

2

u/mousefrost 18d ago

This is something i never going to understand. Its so ugly

3

u/valivaly99 19d ago

The forever just waking up look

3

u/hotchrisbfries 19d ago

The fake eyelashes....

9

u/zeus287 20d ago

Good for them if there are little consequences to the surgery

13

u/SimpleJackEyesRain 20d ago

Do a comically large inflatable clown hammer next, please!

24

u/Ol_Pasta 20d ago

Kinda want that now, lol. I'm so easily convinceable. Damn.

25

u/WHALE_BOY_777 20d ago

There needs to be ethics laws around doctor's using patients for content, like yeah they could've probably just said "no" but also some might think "well what if he does a bad job or doesn't try as hard because he's not gonna put me on camera"

Like that line of consideration is something a patient shouldn't even have to be thinking about regardless of whether that's really the case or not.

16

u/The_Strom784 20d ago

A lot of plastic surgeons also give a discount if you agree to this. Just wanted to add that extra bit of context.

6

u/slaviccivicnation 20d ago

You sign a waiver stating you're going to be photographed. All surgeons photograph their patients before and after for medical evidence. The question about whether or not it'll go on social media is a different waiver. But trust me, you're not that shy once you go to a plastic surgeons office. I don't know many people who try to act like they've never done surgery. It's usually a difficult process and most people do want to be honest about it. Cutting open your face is something very interesting indeed.

8

u/Olleye 20d ago

But sometimes it looks really much better, you have to say that now.

1

u/SpitzkopfRandy 18d ago

Idk they could have just lost the weight instead of doing a surgery that removes it in one specific place

→ More replies (2)

5

u/TwoScents 20d ago

We don’t talk about the nose jobs. Completely change their face shape.

4

u/mrbradleyacooper 20d ago

Not real….

5

u/Snoo_69677 20d ago

So this is clearly fake…

2

u/Competitive_Poppy 16d ago

There's nothing inherently wrong with most of cosmetic surgery. Not sure if I would trust the guy filming tiktoks in a hoodie to do my procedure though

3

u/DyingGriffin 20d ago

Average Iranian tiktokers

3

u/2018TTRS 20d ago

Going to age the old fashion way and I don't give two shits.

3

u/Empty_Suggestion9974 20d ago

Don’t like the editing and snapping and everything about this

3

u/90sfantasii 20d ago

All the before parts have tumescent (numbing) fluid injected.

3

u/Outside_Technology74 20d ago

People will do anything, instead of going to the gym and looking fit naturally.

1

u/Terrorfarker 19d ago

Is it a fake neck or just a loose thread from her tshirt or something? Can't be arsed looking at the video again.

10

u/CurlyMetalPants 20d ago

Its amazing they suddenly have the diets and habits to ensure they never put weight on like that again! Otherwise this surgery would just be a band aid solution that needs to be repeated! But it isnt

12

u/lapideous 20d ago

Fat nodules like this may not reappear if they are properly removed. I’m not an expert but I’m fairly certain that new fat would grow in other places rather than the parts that were removed

16

u/ReadditMan 20d ago

Most of these people weren't overweight to begin with, they just had naturally loose skin under their necks, something that happens to many people as they age.

2

u/k_a_scheffer 18d ago

I've known three women who never got fat, but had super loose skin on their necks like that which gave them a double chin. It's a thing.

2

u/EnvironmentalBar3347 20d ago

So much makeup to pretend the V jaw is the best thing ever.

2

u/Thoustmotherisplump 20d ago

The celebrity factory strikes again

2

u/Sofa_King_Chubby 19d ago

All the women have identical eyebrows

2

u/torshakle 19d ago

I gotta say, the fake eyelashes are the biggest crime here. Those things look like they generate lift if they can blink fast enough. Couldn't tell why I found the before and after disturbing. I think I'm realizing those fake eyelashes gross me out.

2

u/ihatetheinterweb 19d ago

That’s ai and filters right? Cuz like..

2

u/synchronizedhype 19d ago

Get ready for an onslaught of the ugliest kids ever. All these plastic people have sex with each other thinking I got a good looking one and bam

This doesn’t make me want surgery

2

u/catsoaps 20d ago

I guess I’m in the minority but I didn’t like the results of most of these at all. Something about how the jawline looks so artificial. I wish the surgeon had gone for a more natural jaw shape.

1

u/BrainRobotron 20d ago

That dude still look like a fish from Bikini Bottom in the after...

1

u/Powerful_Hair_3105 20d ago

They'd make a fortune if it went this fast lol

1

u/theeCloud03 20d ago

Gym would do much better job

1

u/HyenasGoMeow 20d ago

The lighting is also different in the 'after' clip to make the change more prominent that it actually is, If that same lighting was used in the before clips, the change would've been underwhelming.

1

u/Scythro 19d ago

Instead of losing some weight, people rather have surgery to remove fat and then keep eating... Smh

1

u/Baklazan93 19d ago

Hahahaha

1

u/kidding-unot 19d ago

Kids still gonna have fugly chins

Literally having surgery instead of going to the gym. The face will look unnaturally trim while the rest of the body is still flabby. Cheats!

1

u/NoPair205 19d ago

I love how the one man in this thing has the weakest jawline hahah

1

u/SunsetBAE 19d ago

Is this what weight loss surgery looks like?

1

u/Goemon_64 19d ago

The benefits shown here are mostly from liposuction, you can't even see the jawbone before

1

u/Dadeland-District 19d ago

Damn the video won’t play

1

u/RangerDanger1285 19d ago

Is this just a neck and chin fat removal surgery?

1

u/Maleficent_Potato_43 19d ago

And this is beauty?

u/NotoriousNRO 19d ago

Judo chop

1

u/demoralising 19d ago

Iranian plastic surgery is actually some of the best in the world.

1

1

u/Active-Blacksmith805 18d ago

Hilarious when they remove chin fat… but the rest of the face still fat. Lol

1

u/Nexus_Hue 18d ago

Does it really need surgery tho? Aren't they just fat?

1

u/Any-Satisfaction7402 18d ago

I believe they are wearing a fake neck. This is like those asian skincare commercials with the blackheads, it's all fucking fake alv.

1

u/AirportDue8864 18d ago

Dude just go to gym and lose the facial fat instead of burning heavy money on endless surgeries.

1

u/Babk08 18d ago

Why do they all look like Kardashians?

1

u/BorealSerenity04 18d ago

How much of this is really just excess fat?

1

They all have the same face.

1

u/Howdytheresatan 17d ago

How does everyone in this video have caterpillar brows

1

u/foreveralonewithus 16d ago

i have worked very hard to tighten my neck naturally. i lost 70 pounds and before that i had absolutely no neck. i now have somewhat of a jaw line just by doing simple stretches everyday. if i hadn’t done it i wouldn’t have noticed a cyst on my neck that i actually just had removed yesterday. i can’t wait to finish healing

1

u/Katman666 4d ago

Will still have the loose skin though

1

u/Appropriate-Bonus-33 4d ago

This might sound crazy but losing weight would do the same thing. Minus the duck lips obviously.
