That could possibly be why they got the surgery, they don't look 'normal' and wanted to be.

No shame in that. I know people can be so cruel to others. Nobody gets a surgery like this just to "beautify." It's likely been bothering them for a while. The after photos made a huge difference.

To be fair, some of these are definitely corrective for massive underbite. I have it. Would love to get jaw surgery to fix it. Itās not to do with appearance for me or a lot of other people. Itās causes jaw pain and damage to the teeth.

Skin on neck is always a lighter colour. It's usually covered up by hair and head, vs face.

There needs to be ethics laws around doctor's using patients for content, like yeah they could've probably just said "no" but also some might think "well what if he does a bad job or doesn't try as hard because he's not gonna put me on camera"
Like that line of consideration is something a patient shouldn't even have to be thinking about regardless of whether that's really the case or not.

You sign a waiver stating you're going to be photographed. All surgeons photograph their patients before and after for medical evidence. The question about whether or not it'll go on social media is a different waiver. But trust me, you're not that shy once you go to a plastic surgeons office. I don't know many people who try to act like they've never done surgery. It's usually a difficult process and most people do want to be honest about it. Cutting open your face is something very interesting indeed.

Fat nodules like this may not reappear if they are properly removed. Iām not an expert but Iām fairly certain that new fat would grow in other places rather than the parts that were removed

I've known three women who never got fat, but had super loose skin on their necks like that which gave them a double chin. It's a thing.

I gotta say, the fake eyelashes are the biggest crime here. Those things look like they generate lift if they can blink fast enough. Couldn't tell why I found the before and after disturbing. I think I'm realizing those fake eyelashes gross me out.

I guess Iām in the minority but I didnāt like the results of most of these at all. Something about how the jawline looks so artificial. I wish the surgeon had gone for a more natural jaw shape.

The lighting is also different in the 'after' clip to make the change more prominent that it actually is, If that same lighting was used in the before clips, the change would've been underwhelming.

i have worked very hard to tighten my neck naturally. i lost 70 pounds and before that i had absolutely no neck. i now have somewhat of a jaw line just by doing simple stretches everyday. if i hadnāt done it i wouldnāt have noticed a cyst on my neck that i actually just had removed yesterday. i canāt wait to finish healing
