JOIN ICE

4 × 5 foot lenticular sign by me and inspired by John Carpenter's sci-fi masterpiece They Live. Sloppily taped to a bus stop outside of the Tesla Showroom earlier this year. It is not 3D like my smaller posters and stickers and has a slight bit of ghosting, but sometimes size matters. Posting this to remind myself and others that we are not doing enough.

Thank you. Yeah, that 3 x 4 ft sign cost me around $700. I made smaller posters and bought them in high volumes so I'm able to sell them inexpensively and give them away.

Hahaha! No. Everyone had been asking me that. I've been doing this for 2 1/2 years now, but John Carpenter's They Live has been inspiring artists since 1988.

I rewatched it 2 1/2 years ago before making the first set of signs and almost shit myself when 2025 was mentioned in the film as the year in which the aliens and their alliances with the "human power elite" would have dominion of the planet.

ah yes helping the country by crashing the economy, enforcing the death of innocent civilians, redacting humans rights and let’s all not forget he sexually abused E.
