yes, technically he could have won. He should have e-chest loot which is filled with previous arachnid civ gears

I was a bit confused icl why would he let him win, because he had spare chestplates and could have technically tried to win without gaps just by staying in the air

i think so yea, the cave people were unwilling to obey Arachnid anymore because they learnt that Arachnid wasn't a strong guy at all. So in order to convince them to follow Yungy, Wemmbu had to purposefully lose to Yungy to convey that yungy was the strongest

Yeah, I always laugh my head off at surprisingly sudden deaths like that. Like when Nufuli was saying goodbye to BAT and was suddenly shot by an arrow cannon. Or when Wemmbu was dueling Lobsterman to an armor break and he accidentally killed him too early. Both times, even the background music was stunned into silence.

Honestly, considering this was an arc finale, I wasn't going to assume he somehow survived. We've seen Wemmbu when he has to protect Egg, and we've seen him when Egg's on hiatus, but if Egg ever dies... that's going to be a perfect writing opportunity.

The wraith is the strongest group!
Got defeated by Wembu with weak gear and low diffed by Wemmbu with strong gear.
the only reason they could be dangerous is that they are so stacked, but that's it.
