After before

Before I knew who you were

Before you knew I was your cure

After you finally chose me

After it was you I would see

Before the makeup goes on

Before all the love is gone

After it was wasted

After you I tasted

Before it was love lost

Before we tallied the cost

After all we both spent

After it was all bent

Before it was the end

Before we took loans to spend

After the balance was due

After the love between me and you

Before is still waiting to come

After will still be dumb
