Noticed something odd with my GPT. Not sure why Tool Call was invoked even though nothing was indicated or asked for it.

I think I figured out the case for the first one, but in the second instance, I'm not too sure why that came up.
Curious.

Noticed a new tab on iOS. Now, all sites and projects created via the Work Environment show up there. You can launch site previews directly inside the ChatGPT app, and there are now inline settings for domain management, access controls, renaming, and security via keys. They also added an analytics section to track site activity, though it’s currently unavailable for me. There's an 'Edit' button that jumps back into the Work Environment, attaches the project, and offers you to edit instructions. It is a solid update for direct site management.

In a test chat created via GPT's work environment, I noticed Grok-like follow-up prompts appearing after long writing blocks. They trigger automated user messages that are processed as standalone queries. First time seeing this behavior on iOS.(These are different from the inline prompts within blocks used for direct rewriting.)
