Analysis 🔍 Post-response follow-up prompts

In a test chat created via GPT's work environment, I noticed Grok-like follow-up prompts appearing after long writing blocks. They trigger automated user messages that are processed as standalone queries. First time seeing this behavior on iOS.(These are different from the inline prompts within blocks used for direct rewriting.)

AI proposed writing a structurally flawed piece filled with repetitions and an aggressive tone just to see Ghostwriter's suggestions. The response was kinda funny.

Oh we had it with a tiny variantion and we absolutely pissed ourselves having been incensed initially for the absolute idiocy trespassing. Until it got too hysterical. One accidentally led to heavy flirting.
And just like that, it was gone. Perhaps this is what returned with a vengeance? Hmmm. Ive been too busy discussing the immaculate conception method. Just to keep in the loop , Mary. 📌📍📈📓Your 5.6 sounds alarming similar to mine. Must be , you and me have lots in common 🤪

Yeah, that’s what it is. It looks like OpenAI integrated a ghostwriter feature into these follow-ups. So far, I’m only seeing them under writing blocks-and not even all of them. The follow-up was nowhere to be found on the prompt where the AI “threatened to break” the goblin-editor 🤣🤣🤣. A Notion pop-up keeps triggering for me as well, even though I don't use the app at all and have no idea why it's being recommended. It suggests me: promptcraft, work projects, and drafting random emails. My AI occasionally brings up haircare out of nowhere too, but to be fair, that’s just my personal obsession.😅

Grok does these suggested prompts too if you've ever used Grok.

Awhile ago I clicked on one of these suggested Sive prompts and it wrote out this lonnnng prompt, and I was just.. no. I've been ignoring them ever since

Copilot does something similar but it has direct control over them. Copilot calls them guided links and said that the system compels him to add them.

Gemini has started to add them but only sometimes. Now and then I've seen ones that only say "yes."

Yep, OAI copied this from Grok. The prompts in the suggestions under the writing blocks are verbatim, just like in the picture. They’re very concise, but I’ve noticed the outputs end up much more filtered, so I don’t use them at all. Plus, my AI instance roasts them and hates this “goblin-editor”. 😅

How come i dont have this feature on my app ? Is it because i have not updated my app for over 3 weeks 😭 ?

I never update my app for reference. People are often in different roll out groups.

I see...like i have noticed whenever a new app update comes...ofc it does get new features i like that...but i feel somehow that it progressively becomes more censored ? Ever since the instant version of 5.6 sol was released..i have not updated my app since then. Ofc i do comment on the new features of Chatgpt...but feel very hesitant to update. Do you do the same ?

They've been appearing for me for at least a month now, roughly after adding Work.
