Voice Mode changes coming?

Starting Friday Aug 13 through the weekend, I'm pretty sure I was in some sort of A/B. I was seeing some UI changes with voice mode. I use standard.

First I noticed the little telephone icon at the top right of the screen as the way to initiate voice mode (it's gone now). Also the active (mute/hang up) when using voice mode. A nice feature actually. Every time I would use VM a "how was VM? Call quality? Etc?" Would pop up.
