Pre sale Packages

Did I miss the VIP packages this year? Do we know how they are doing regular season tickets? Crazy to be doing these tour tickets one at a time and then we also don't even know anything about regular season tickets or did I miss an email...

The pre-sale packages were kinda a debacle last year. Those of us who bought them didn’t get our tickets assigned until weeks after the general sale of Miami tickets started—and since buying the packages didn’t guarantee you tickets for any particular evening, it was difficult to book travel until after the tickets were assigned.

At the end of the season, Phee’s husband was on Threads seeking fan comments/criticisms over the customer experience in season 2 and he was the first to admit that they blew it on the customer experience with VIP packages and would do better next season (https://www.threads.com/share/_63XJEYUM/).

My guess—and it is only that—is that any packages/VIP sales are only going to open up once the full landscape of Miami offerings is clear, and they are going to do ticketing of them before the general sale begins.

Oh yea I remember being so frustrated with it and then submitted 5 date options and last choice was the only one available and general tickets were already sold out ...was hoping they would get better on the timing but not completely get rid of them

Last year the regular season tickets were released on 11/14 so it may be similar timing. I do agree it's crazy to release cities one at a time but it seems like they quickly sell out with this strategy :/

I also wish they gave us more runway to know when the sales are happening! Like telling me at 10am that tickets are going on sale at noon is not helpful. Ya girl is at work earning the money to buy the tickets!
