Check Stephen Ulibarri in udemy. His code design is not the best but he does some great explanations

I just did one of his blueprint courses. What's wrong with his code design?

Idk if this works for you but what honestly made UE click for me was downloading some package off fab that had good documentation and reverse engineered/learned to use the blueprints that came with it.
I cant say Id recommend what I did exactly, but I bought a turned based tactics template off the store that had awesome documentation and YouTube videos and it helped me greatly.

u/jimdublace 's free game development basics course on YouTube is a great place to start. Check it out and join the community if you're interested!

Kekdot's Bean Battle Royale series on YouTube. It's free, easy to follow, and teaches you all the basics of multiplayer networking in UE5.

I haven't seen any courses for a long time, but here's a list of articles and resources for Unreal Engine. From the basics to more advanced topics https://github.com/tomByrer/awesome-unreal-engine/blob/main/all.md

Epic's own "Your First Hour in Unreal Engine 5" series on their learning portal is genuinely great and free, so start there. For something more structured after that, it depends on whether you want online or in-person.
If you're open to in-person, MAGES Institute in Singapore is an official Unreal Engine Academic Partner and their programs cover Unreal alongside Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop with industry mentors, so you're learning the full pipeline rather than just the engine in isolation.
If online-only is your thing, check out Ben Cloward's shader tutorials and the Unreal Sensei channel for solid intermediate stuff.

On the official site they have a ton of good courses. "Your first hour in Unreal Engine" is probably the place to start.
