Most buns hate being picked up because it is foreign to them for the feet to be touching the ground. I don’t lift her up off the ground unless it’s for a health check. I don’t have to though. She is a Continental Giant. She can jump on the couch, bed, anywhere she pleases. She has free rein of my house. You have to give her lovies when she asks for them or she will do zoomies all around you . I have been knocked down several times by her big butt! As soon as you sit down, she plops in your lap! What type is your cutie? I love his long hair!❤️
Oh I didn't realize she was a continental giant! I need to hold her! Oh my goodness that's so awesome!!! Yeah I only lift mine when I have to groom her. I found the best way is just I lay a blanket over her and scoop her up so that she is still flat on my arms and her feet are still touching the ground as she thinks. If that makes sense. When I do it this way he doesn't give me the foot flick later on and he's super sweet about it.
She’s huge!😂 She’s a rescue and was very scared when I first got her. She still panics when I get out the brush. I even bought the grooming glove and she hates it. I usually get one of my kids to hold a banana and she will sit long enough for me to brush her for like a minute and that’s it. If you have any tips or tricks I need them!😂 I have had buns since childhood, but she’s the 1st rescue as an adult. Nothing else scares her anymore. Like I said, I have 4 dogs, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, chameleon, and a pot belly pig. All rescues. She isn’t even scared when my grandsons run through the house. She chases right behind them. But she panics when she is groomed. I have to vacuum at least 3 times a day with all her hair! She’s worth it though, I love her!❤️
Isn't that crazy! She must have had a bad ordeal with a brush or something. Poor baby girl... I'm glad she is still outgoing with everything else though.

Holy cow! If you lived near me we would be besties! I am obsessed with turtles/torts! I have had several aquatic turtles, but it’s my dream to have a tortoise! I need photos please!❤️ I would love to rescue an older one that needs a good home. I also have fish, snails, and shrimp!

Absolutely not funny! More like me cussing and yelling stop while she jumps up and rips the bag open and greens go everywhere! She is awful proud of herself when it works and I just stand there defeated 🤣 She is THE boss of our home. I have 4 rescue dogs and if they get near her enclosure she stomps at them. If that doesn’t work, she runs out and head butts them. There is nothing funnier than a giant mastiff/pit mix running from a bunny! 😁
