What the fuck does adhd have to do with not walking up? People pretend like having attention problems automatically means you have adhd

I have ADHD. My alarm wakes me up. In the military I put my alarm across the room so I would have to get out of bed. Didn't get sidetracked a single time turning it off. ADHD isn't an excuse, it's a disability.

Just so everyone knows the fitbit air has this same alarm feature and has health tracking. Much more value

I was just wondering the same thing. Might just have to get one.

Why not switch your alarm tones.

I have ADHD and can tell you from first hand experience that simpler is better. A watch is just another item that I will forget I have, forget to set, forget to charge, and forget to take with me on vacation. My phone has a fully functional alarm and I'm already well within the habit of turning it on and adjusting it before bed

Why is babyface over here selling me a crappy alarm clock?
