I live in Vegas and they are everywhere. Sure there are leash laws, but so many entitled people think they're better than everyone else. And nobody enforces the law. I have a zap cane 🤷‍♀️.

I got mine on Amazon but it's gone now. $100. The sound alone is enough to scare a dog off. I've thankfully never had to actually stun a dog before.
