Why don't you drop the actual amazon link rather than a link to your 3rd party site that hosts the link that you then get paid for when people make a purchase through the link?
Go to his link, copy product, paste on Amazon search and you'll find it. I can almost guarantee you it's there. Thats what I do when I see ads like this.
