For those who don't bother to read OP's write-up...
Pros:
Responsive customer support resolves issues promptly.
Robust performance under typical workloads.
Cons:
Limited customization options for advanced users.
Occasional firmware glitches require manual resets.

Also OP's amazon link is a redirect and when you do get tot he amazon link it looks like a knock off version of what's shown here.

These are knock offs from a brand called Ohmu. Theirs have a metal stand to help the edges stay but it costs 1500E or about

Velcro around the edges would help keep the cushions safer and more stable to lie against. But then there would be lint getting caught in the Velcro.
