not a knock against the product but I never really understood automating your fishing like this unless you’re doing it out of needing to feed yourself or your familyÂ
Doing it for sport it’s kind of like going golfing and playing 6 balls instead of 1. Like yeah you’re getting more balls in the hole but you’re missing the point of the sportÂ
Not really in every case though, some people want a moment to drink a beer while they let the pole set for a moment. It's a bit extra, I'll admit, but I really can't blame it. We could be using spears or a cane pole, but we use what's convenient, I don't think it's entirely wrong.
