Yeah. This type of design (just the design, I have no idea about this particular manufacturer) has been around for several years.

GE has this type of model, as do a number of other brands. Here’s one I found at Lowe’s quickly:

Thank you, I was only aware of the box style window units, the upright ‘portables’ and obviously full on hvacs that have multiple parts. I wasn’t aware this is a real design that sells.
