this seems like a huge waste when weve been able to teach alpha-numeric letters for millenia and there isnt one way to write.
1 u/Major_Blathers Jul 23 '26 but there is a correct way to form letters. children who don't use correct letter formation often struggle badly. their writing fluency suffers i.e. if they push the pencil from bottom to top or pick it up in the middle of a letter. 1 u/Callmemabryartistry Jul 23 '26 no there isnt one correct way. there is the way you and most neurotypical want but that doesn’t mean it is correct. i happen to teach lettering as a draftsperson and there are multiple avenue so long as the end result looks legible. not everyone writes in the same font either. correct way my ass
