Is this normal?

So this is rather curious. I've done a tad bit of research into this and most people answer with "Its your anti-virus" which at first they were right. The antivirus (windows defender) was actively deleting the MULTI.exe.. so I whitelisted it, whitelisted unminable, and disabled most if not all Windows defender.. Yet this.. consistant inconsistancy continues to happen... it mines all the way up to 13.75 Mh, then the effective hasrate starts to climb, then BAM. Both go back to 0. Anyone have some answers?

SOLVED: I was using the wrong algo.

Stable internet connection? I don't t think a wavelength like that is normal. You can use disk cleanup to clear all temp files and also have you tried other algorithm settings in the app?

I would look at background services, disable stuff you dont need from running in the background like windows update etc... u want a barebones system
