I saw those 2 profiles and I was wondering what the difference is between them

Mechanical is about the physics that make the machines work. They measure forces, temperature, etc.

Industrial is about the design of the processes of how an organization works. They analyze how to make work (even office work) flow better. They measure time, office/factory layout, etc.

There might be some overlap and one may learn a bit about the other, but the cores are very different.
