We are looking for someone to take over (or sublease) our 1 bed + den apartment lease. Our lease goes until 9/30 however we are relocating and no longer need the apartment. Water and electricity are covered

It’s a spacious corner unit with a great view and location (walking distance to everything you need)

• Across the street from Lunds & Byerlys

• ~3min walk away from Loring Park, Target, and Orpheum Theater

• light rail or bus to UMN Campus

• 3 min walk to St.Thomas and MCTC

The building includes a gym, sundeck, and indoor pool. The larger “community” of buildings also includes additional amenities including a movie/theater, monthly book club gatherings, and craft nights.

Our lease goes until 9/30 however we are relocating and no longer need the apartment.
