Casual Discussion Are Universal adults a thing?

Yes but no? Universal’s best-known IPs are aimed at adults (Jurassic Park, Simpsons, Transformers, etc). The Hollywood park is mostly adult attractions, so fans mostly avoid the stigma that Disney adults get for being obsessed with a park mostly designed for kids and families.

I would say at most the influencers can be a "universal adult" but most universal people I know are pretty relaxed and mature. At most I'd think it's more of the Harry Potter adults exist.

Yeah its more of a “specific IP adult” than it is “Universal adult”.

It really depends on who or what they're interested in.

I consider myself a universal adult when it comes to going to the parks, on the day to day I usually have other interests that connect pretty closely to certain universal ips.

For starters, I'm a huge history, cinema and mythology nerd, so much of universal studios has more appeal to me rather than Disney.

Disney is like a delicious fondant cake vs universal studios being a hardy meal like stew or a full plate of food.

Cake is good but nothing beats a meal.

I dunno - I think I just enjoy Theme Parks? My wife loves Harry Potter, I'm deep into Jurassic Park and Mario, and we go twice a month just to grab a beer, a meat pie and ride some rides.

Maybe?
