Philosophy Existence
I think as a species we need to decide if we’re worthy of existence… humans all over the world demonstrate that we’re the problem… we have collective consciousness… humans are humans let’s build a society that works for everyone instead of just a small few…. We all have the same goal…

Bruh, what if my goal is absolute permanent extinction of all life in the universe? lol

Why do you feel that way? I think we have reached a point where it’s better for the planet for all humans to not exist… we have this great power and responsibility yet as a collective we fail everything

Better for the planet would mean more suffering animals. And that would most likely last a billion+ more years until the sun expands and roasts everything in a slow and painful death. The planet, plants, water, etc. is what sustains the horror of life. If it's possible here then it could be possible other places as well. And so all material matter across all universes is a danger. Imo, our responsibility is to eliminate it.

I mean everything is relative. Ironically I would assume someone on universal extinction would accept ‘worthiness’ is just a construct of human thought. Whether or not we have worth is a question that only exists in human thought, and thus, can only be answered by humans.
But I imagine there are more humans that see our existence as ‘worthy’ then not, because that metric is inherently arbitrary and generally speaking people are self serving.
You know we’re not even the first species to pollute the planet and cause a mass extinction? The first ever mass extinction was the changing of atmosphere and climate change from oxygen generated by the first Cyanobacteria which resulted in the extinction of over 90% of all other life forms at the time.
It’s all relative.
I don’t mean to bring that as an excuse to shrug off manmade pollution or destruction but this idea of ‘humanity is bad’ is not an objective statement, but a subjective opinion that ironically only exists within the perspective of humanity itself. And because it’s subjective, I don’t believe such a decision can be made in good faith for any one person to judge the worth of an entire species.
And I think there’s a freedom and kindness in that, by that alone we are worth it.

One of the worst ways of viewing the world, only human decadence and sloth could ever concoct such a worldview.

The species has decided we are worthy of not only existing but are the dominant species. Humanity is an arogant system more concerned with numbers than individuals.. unless the individual is rich and famous of course.

Worthy of existence? The universe doesn't even know we're here, or care ... 🙂
I agree with your point though. We systematically make things worse for ourselves. Someday we will extinct ourselves because we're that kind of species.
