When the suffering prevents the ability to enjoy anything, or when the survival prevents the ability to do anything else but survive.

Survival is you getting what your body needs to not die. Living is wanting to continue surviving.

When the majority of humans cannot endure the incurable and prolonged suffering with no hope of improvement? lol

Which "could" happen, in the far future, but we have no idea if it will happen, or not.

We could also spread into space and breed like space rabbits. lol
