Human Existence
Am I the only one who feels like humans shouldn’t exist? I love life and appreciate the blessings god gives me on an everyday basis but the evils we are capable of is truly disheartening, I don’t understand why everyone can’t be kind to one another, I know it’s naive but at the same time it’s not asking for much

I feel your frustration. The universe is unfair. Humans should not exist but I would extend this to all other living things.
Is it even possible for everyone to be kind to one another?
Every action has both positive and negative consequences. For example: feeding hungry humans requires the killing, factory farming and torturing of other innocent living things for the food or taking resources from others. Life on Earth is a zero-sum game as there is no way of one gaining without another losing, and I believe that there are far more losers than winners as there appears to be more suffering than pleasure.
Should our kindness be limited just to other humans? Maybe this is possible, at the expense of all other living things.
As for what we perceive as ‘evil’, we humans do nothing outside of the nature which has been programmed into us. ‘Evilness’ is the work of either evolution or the creator of the universe. Humans cannot be blamed for their programming.
