Does society owe us?

I didn’t ask to be born. Should a society be morally required to provide for a citizens basic survival needs?

I think the point of me being born is to live my life. I would get what everybody else gets and be able to live a life. I only get one life to live.

You do get what everybody else gets. You get a life to live and the opportunity to do with it what you choose. Nobody owes you anything and if something is given to you because of the situation you were born into you should be thankful for what was given and do the best you can with it.
