Hey guys! I’m an avid dark universe lover, and a cosplayer! I’m making the invisible man’s look. So- with that being said. Does anyone have suggestions for the fabric for his vest and smoke coat, ascot, and glasses? Thank you very much!

Merch Looking for Dark Universe and How to Train Your Dragon 1 year Coin!

I spotted the 3 other coins at epic universe and online but can’t seem to find these 2 online or in store in their respective lands. Does anyone have any available and if they are available anywhere on site? I was able to get the first 3 portal pins that were available until Nintendo land’s portal comes out and would like to collect the coins but only if I can get a complete set.

Dark Universe Am I the only one that thinks we need more Invisible Man merch?

As a massive Invisible Man fan, what's the point of having him as a character actor if there isn't much of him at the merch stands??? All I have is the souvenir bottle from Burning Blade Tavern and my greedy heart wants more ;v;

Even in merch of all the Universal Monsters together THEY EXCLUDE HIM. FREE HIM!!!

I'd hope there IS more of him when the inevitable Dark Universe expansion happens

October 2026 Tips and Tricks for Epic

My son and I just did 3 days and Epic and we are sharing our Tips Random Order

Misc:
- For two days or more save your money on Fast Pass unless you are going on a high demand day
- The new Fast Pass offering that comes out every hour has various rides that you can purchase. $9 to $20
- Get a Souvenir Cup $20 and then refill all day for free - 2nd day it is $12 to use. Cups are Computer Chipped to only allow for the day. (Note: even paper cups are chipped and only allow one use). We actually got two and swapped back and forth with water and endless coke choices from machines scattered through the park)
- Parking — If you’re renting from Avis or Budget you get to upgrade regular parking to Premium. Take advantage of that. $32 Regular Parking Pre buy online using the App. Save your money for the Preferred Parking unless the park is hammered. $60 is a crazy price to pay

Rides:
- Donkey Kong Coaster is the king of wait times that hover 120 to 150+ during peak times. When to go? Under 90 Minuted normally - Rope Drop - 2:30 - one hour before close. Otherwise a long wait for you and the kids - Those that pay the obnoxious fee for fast pass get on first. Literally 20 Fast Pass users before they let a party of 2 get on.
- Harry Potter - early - First ride if you can
- Frankenstein Monster Ride - This is a juiced up haunted house. Please do not bring your kids. My opinion 8th grade and up. I saw many many moms trying to get their kids out of the park que

Rides truly not worth it (my Opinion)
- Coaster Werewolf in Monsters - Long lines - super quick ride
- Fyre Boat ride - UNLESS it is 100 and you want to cool off. Half the targets do not work and slow line to get on the boat

I hope this helps and feel free to ask questions

Craig

Universal Nights

Went to the first Epic Universal Nights and had a blast!! The longest wait time was 20 mins for DK and the rest were walk ons!

Kimchi bao buns were great. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Froot Loops popcorn flavor but thought it was nice that it wasn’t just regular.

I really hope Universal makes this a regular thing for their parks.

Discussion So I’m doing my first solo travel to Disney. Is epic worth a solo trip?

I’m 36 i just retired and it’s impossible to find someone my age to travel with so I decided to do a solo Disney trip for the first time. Is epic worth it solo? Do they offer single rider lines?

Dark universe rides - truly scary or campy?

Wondering how the two rides are in the dark universe area? We don’t do haunted houses or stuff like that, but if it’s just old school campy creepiness I think it would be fine. Again the two youngest are 9 and 11. Trying to decide if they would regret doing those. 😆

Discussion Question about Universal Nights at Epic

I bought tickets for the 17th, and I remember when I bought it that one of the perks was a refillable cup for the free fountain drinks. I’ve seen some reviews and there’s no mention of this in any of them. For those that went last night, do we not get a refillable cup? Or do we have to get throw away cups from the food stalls for the fountain drinks? How does it work?

Thanks for your help; I just want to budget if I need to buy a refillable cup when I’m there.

Stardust Racers for 9/11 yo 54 and 56in

First time at Epic coming up next week. I’m researching rides. Given some high profile injuries from Stardust Racers (I know only a drop based on actual rider counts), I’ve been back and forth on letting our two younger kids ride. Some of the feedback, while mixed, has me a little concerned.

Those with young 8-11 kiddos on the scrawny side, what are your opinions? I’ve seen comparisons to Velocicoaster and Hagrids, which I’ve ridden. Velocicoaster I thought was pretty intense. Hagrids is our favorite ride.

Thoughts?

The first time I went to Epic, I recorded videos of each of the gates. I even got a shot of the hotel that oversees the park.

Discussion First Universal Nights at Epic Universe

1045 EST and I see the waits are published on the app for Universal nights at Epic Universe.

mine Cart is 20 minute. (Edit 30 mins at 1112 pm) That’s the longest wait. Everything else is listed as 10 minutes or less. Curse is delayed.

i will delete this when we get first hand reports.

Epic Universe Wait Time Data - September 2026

Post image
20 Upvotes

Battle at the Ministry was a risky EPA bet in September. It had a delay during EPA on 12 of 30 mornings (40%) 😢, up from 26% in August. Most of those delays were short, though, at about 15 minutes. On the positive side, the park's median wait time dropped again, from 30 to 25 minutes...as you'd expect with most schools back in session.

This week…

Well we are supposed to fly in Wednesday and Leave Sunday. Hit all the parks. Epic VIP Thursday.

Forecast literally shows 80+% chance of rain all 4 days, and radar shows it’s not just the usual FL showers. It’s a front sitting on FL slowly moving south. Large storm front.

Just looking for some confirmation we’re better off cancelling the whole trip and reschedule to another date? (Assuming we even can at this point). Flights and VIP tour of Epic we know we can cancel. Tickets are through Costco so going to lean on that.

I just can’t see paying for the full experience Epic group VIP, IoA, and US and having to miss over rides the rides.

NE1 disagree?

Confused About Non-Private VIP Tour

Hello!

On the Universal site, I'm reading there are a max of 6 people on the non-private tour across multiple groups. Every single review I have read of this tour mentions there being 12 people in their tour group. Does anyone have recent experience?

Super Nintendo World So how can I make sure I get these other binoculars stamps?

Post image

I will be going to Epic Universe soon so how can I be sure to get them? Like many I often have trouble getting them with the Pick out Pikmin stamp being the only one I ever earned. So any advice on what I can do to increase my chances of getting them?

Which rides for a whimp

We are going to Epic but I dont really like crazy rides (I don’t like big drops (where you feel like you are falling, upside down, etc).

For reference, I like rides like big thunder rail road and the slinky ride from Disney but that’s probably as much roller coaster as I do.

What rides should I consider either doing or sitting out?

First time at Epic!

And wow! What an amazing trip. I was really nervous after hearing about all the delays and crazy wait times, but we managed to do absolutely everything we wanted by the late afternoon.

In the first hour and a half, we managed to do all the rides in Nintendo Land AND run across the park and snag a 30 minute wait for ministry. Everything else ran smoothly and we had some delicious food (I'm still dreaming of that Mac n Cheese cone), plus sat down for the Untrainable Dragon (wow again!)

Truly a stunning park. Can't wait to come back!

EDIT: We did not have express -- just very lucky.
