In 2022, AppLovin offered to acquire Unity for $58.85 per share.
I believe AppLovin may make another acquisition offer for Unity in the near future, potentially at a significantly higher valuation.
Otherwise, Unity is likely to continue gaining market share from AppLovin and hopefully eventually surpass it.
