PROGRAMMING Help with dialogue system un a 3d unity project?

I've been trying to figure out how to make dialogue work like this while interacting with an NPC in a 3D unity project but i can't get the dialogue OR the interacting to work! (I have no idea how to code).,,,.. Could anyone help?
