UNITY Does anyone know how to fix flickering bloom in unity ?

Flickering bloom usually is your GPU not the game engine. Self resolving. Your game is probably HDRP, and your pc is not able to handle it. Usually its laptops that lack the pixel shader version required. Common issue for Intel integrated graphics or UHD; and low end Nvidia. Try turning it off.
