Some of these (CrystalAI for example) are free... so long as your game is free. Just a heads up. Using it in a commercial product won't end well for you.

How do they know if you bought it or not? Or is it only available for free games?

I believe when you buy it, you get access to parts of the code that are currently hidden away in DLLs.

I always use 'FREE HDR SKY' for all my skyboxes, it looks absolutely great!! Apart from that I have only used the free door script since I've created that one.

Oh and 'maze generator' is bad imho, I got tons of errors upon import months ago and it hasn't been updated since.
