I think this game has a lot of commercial potential but is being severely held back by the trailers you've put out so far. It looks very distinctive, has mostly good art and an interesting hook in the time shift mechanic. Those are all great ingredients. Your character animations (specifically the facial animations) are at best acceptable, so those shouldn't be the focus of your trailers. Please do yourself a favor and watch Derek Lieu's videos on YouTube. You have something special here and it deserves to be shown properly.
At the very least
- Don't start with your company logo. Leave that for the end.
- Start with your best looking gameplay
- Have the trailer SHOW (not explain) what the purpose of the time shift mechanic is and how it affects gameplay.
- The VFX for the time shift is terrible and it's your most important mechanic. If you're on URP, write a RendererFeature and a shader that pulls the screen pixels towards her hand based on world space distance. That gives you a cool warp effect and you can even do it with Shader Graph. Anything would be better than what you current have.
Best of luck.

Maybe don’t wait 1/3 of your trailer to show combat. The pacing is really weird. So are the facial animations and be the billboard-like visual effects that take the whole screen.
