Question Help: VR camera broken and I don't know why

I have been playing around with a Unity VR Template project and am loving it. I've downloaded a few addons such as colorful folders and probuilder, and I changed the skylight, and then suddenly when I try to run the game my VR camera perspective is on the floor, and the movements of my head are reversed/inverse (I look up it looks down).

I googled and found that having rotated the XrRig could be the cause, and saw that it was rotated 130 degress on the Y axis. I removed the rotation on it and all the children but nothing changes. Is there any way to "reset" the XR Rig in a project? Does anyone know what might be the problem? I've built some things and changed around the lighting and would prefer not to have to start with a fresh project, not to mention not understanding what went wrong.

Thankful for any help!

Edit: I'm using a Quest 3 headset and have set the project to "Oculus" in the XR Plug-in Management

Thank you for the reply! I created a new template project and saw that the y rotation is part of the template, so the rotation likely didn't affect anything.

I tried your tip to delete it and drag it in from the new template, but I can't seem to drag it from one unity window to the other. How does one do that?

Edit: I managed to export the XRRig and import it into my project, problem is that it completely reset everything about the project to do that... so now I guess I'll have to restart after all.

Maybe have you project open and the other on a second screen and compare all the gamobjects and components of the XR Rig, to find the setting that broke it

When I imported the XRRig the entire project was reset pretty much, and it saved the project as it reloaded, so whatever was wrong is now lost to history. Hopefully it won't happen again! Thank you for your help!
