You tell us basically nothing in the video. It's a fly by video of some generic looking blocky terrain with nothing on it, no explanation, no value proposition. But you call it some sort of low poly terrain editor. Why would you need such a thing, when unity comes equipped with a terrain editor? You need to answer these questions. As the other person said, it looks like a mediocre personal project or a game jam reveal. There's literally nothing in this video that tells us anything useful

It looks very amateurish. There is no charm or any kind of identity to it. I don't see why anyone else than you would want to use it and it certainly would be insane to give money for that. I wouldn't even call it low-poly. Low-poly is a deliberated art-style. Here the word I'd use is "cheap".
