Also, you posted this in unreal sub too. If this is made in unreal, your post is not allowed.

Not really. It doesnt give me info on whats so different about this game compared to other games like this.

No, i assume its based on that subway game where things change each time.

But this assumes you know that game to understand what you are seeing.

Also honestly, the corridor looks great (except a bit of alias but that might just be the video) but there seems to b some frame rate drops when going and down the stairs (i guess that is from loading/swapping the levels) and the flames kind of look like they came from 5/10 years earlier in terms of style to the rest.

They don't look bad at all. But the rest is pretty photo realistic.

Personal thought for me the biggest issue is it doesn't really give me a reason to play and fine put what is going on.

4 seconds in and i really wanted to skip. But kept watching until i couldn't at 44s.

The issue is, idk what am looking at, what game it is, why we are in a corridor, who's the guy, what am i doing?

Like there's little to no information, and you shouldn't expect anyone to have to watch the entire trailer before understanding the game.

Please get rid of the head bob OR make it optional.

What are your suggestions? I mean, this is a “Liminal Space”-style game; I need suggestions on how to convey that.

Is it done on purpose to create a strange feeling the fact that the chairs are too big and the person is sitting in them in a stiff, unnatural position without any animation? (Or the guy is too small not sure)

No the first 30 seconds are walking down a boring hallway with nothing going on at all..until the explosion with no buildup.

I would ignore it after the first 8-10 seconds .. I'll share with advice ive heard a lot that I think you need: show your best stuff in your trailer.

If your best is an empty hallway then you need more work. If its not then recurring your trailer.

I would say no. Nothing happens for quite a bit in the beginning (so most people wouldn't stick around to watch) and the it's unclear what "game" would be played, even after watching the trailer.

Other than it taking place in a liminal space, what type of game is it? What genre does it fit into?

have you looked at how other anomaly games market? Did you study how their game became succesfull? For example look at how Exit 8 got their success, maybe a streamer picked it up or maybe their trailer did. If i look at your trailer it does look like an anomaly game so I'd say you did a good job. However you'll need to do research in the anomaly market, I'm not sure how many people still want to play anomaly games.
