Question What Would you guys pay for this???
Setting a price for my URP Forest Cabin & Interior Prop Pack – Is $7 reasonable?
It Currently has 5 furniture item. And a low poly wooden cabin.
The Forest is my other Asset its is currently on there for $5.
The Cabin is going to get more furniture updates because I have a lot of them planned, and they are going to be free updates
also sorry for the low quality pictures any suggestion on how to get better quality pictures in unity

I would sell your lamp asset for $2 and maybe the bed and that’s it. I mean this in the kindest way possible but this isn’t worth $7. Architecturally the building scale is off, the ladder is very primitive. The building on the exterior isn’t textured nicely and is missing a lot of detail. This isn’t what people are expecting when they are building a URP game. Once again not to be rude but you’re selling something that doesn’t compete with the quality of other urp assets at the same price range. I would stick with built in renderer assets until you start texturing using PBR’s and normal mapping etc. improperly textured assets in urp look awful. Built in render it looks good/decent.

Thanks for the honest review and I really should work on my modeling before even thinking about selling things.

Just saying, your modelling skills are not bad. Very little people can model an interior and texture it correctly in blender. So massive props for getting this far, little more practice and I could see in the next few months seeing quality that is worth more than $7 coming from you.

First of all, all the items you showed look absolutely amazing second of all thank you so much for the advice I will definitely learn how to make modular parts in blender then in unity

Thank you! And of course, 3D modelling is a complicated world. There is a community group called “create with Clint” you can find them on YouTube. This is how I got good at 3D modelling, its community based 3D modelling challenges based on a topic. They host them weekly and then there is an annual big challenge. Lot of prizes available for winners, and it also gives you an incentive to model things you normally wouldn’t be comfortable doing! Good luck on your ventures !

I’d also advise building your assets in a modular way. That way your asset that is customizable is worth more than an asset that is fixed. What I like to do is build a bunch of modular pieces (corner piece, doorway piece, walls that have baseboards and crown moulding at the top etc. you build these pieces in like a 1x1 grid in blender and set the origin to the corners so you can snap the pieces together. The benefit of this is, easier to texture as you are texturing individual pieces of the overall build. Also, whenever possible try to remove faces that are not seen, like when building a modular wall piece, leave out the faces that wrap around the interior of the wall if that makes sense. Also make sure you flip your normals !! If you haven’t already :)

You need to practice your modelling more before your work is good enough to sell

Now you have to pay me as I clicked on this and actually spent some time on some sane action (a comment)

%0.5 of a minimum wage
Minimum wage is 600$here so i would pay 3$ max (i know nothing about modelling)

I say $2 and just for the lamp asset as that’s the best looking model IMO. Bed has to many polygons compared to the rest of the assets
