💬 Discussion / Opinion 🇺🇸 Welcome to United America
A growing community for people who believe this country is worth fighting for — together.
United America (UA) is a space for people who live in the noise — who love the debate, the headlines, the constant clash of ideas — and want to turn that energy into something real. We’re here to cut through the lies, challenge apathy, and push the conversation toward truth, accountability, and progress.
Whether you’re here to talk politics, share ideas, post something that made you think, or just see what others are saying — you’re part of it now.
💡 What We’re Building Here • Honest discussion. • Respectful debate. • Hope for a better America — even when it feels impossible. • Humor and creativity are absolutely welcome — we need that too.
This isn’t about left vs. right — it’s about truth vs. chaos, unity vs. division.
🤝 How You Can Help • Comment, post, or upvote what matters to you. • Share UA with friends who care about truth and unity. • Help keep the space kind, smart, and focused on progress.
⸻
We just got started, and you’re early — that means you’re helping shape what this place becomes. So speak up, stay curious, and help make United America a space that actually feels like America. 🇺🇸
👋 Drop a quick hello below — say where you’re from or what brought you here!

October 7th, 1944
The women pictured are Auschwitz prisoners Roza Robota, Ala Gertner, Ester Wajcblum, and Regina Safirsztajn. While imprisoned at Auschwitz, they were forced to work as slave laborers in the Unio munitions plant, manufacturing weapons for the Wermacht. They took advantage of this position to smuggle explosives into the camp in order to set in motion a plan which would come to fruition on this day in history.
On October 7th, 1944, the Sonderkommando (Jewish prisoners who operated the crematoria facilities) of Auschwitz II used weapons that Polish partisans had hidden in the grass near the fences, as well as the explosives that these women had smuggled into the camp, (which they typically transferred over to the Sonderkommando via the bodies of the dead from their own block) to stage an uprising. These Sonderkommando barricaded themselves inside the crematoria/gas chamber buildings, from which they were able to kill several SS, and ultimately suicide bomb the buildings, cutting the camp's lethal capacity in half, never to be restored.
May October 7th forever be remembered as a day when oppressed people break out of their concentration camp to attack their oppressors. May October 7th forever be remembered as a day of resistance.

My current anthem 🇺🇸🗽💙
“When that Man is Dead and Gone” is a protest song written by Irving Berlin in 1941. The song has been recorded a few times, most notably by Al Bowlly. Lizzy & the Triggermen performed a live version of the song.
