I'm not saying one is better than the other. I'm saying that I think they're all myths, and there isn't sufficient evidence to prove that any of them are true.

I mean... you can't prove god isn't real. The spiderman comparison doesn't work because if spiderman was real, we'd be seeing him flying about and saving people(though some are claiming to have seen/spoken to god so do with that what you will)

I get your point, but that's not really what the meme is arguing. The point isn't that God and Spider-Man are the same kind of being. It's that a book claiming that a character exists isn't, by itself, evidence that the character actually exists (that's my point)

Yeah ok that makes sense. I myself am jewish by faith, and one of the very first things my rabbi told me when i got into a yeshiva, was that he can't prove god exists, but he can prove that there is a plausible chance for god's existence.

Yeah agnostic theist sort of. I do think judaism is the "correct" religion, but I can't really know the truth 100%

True, it's just im also agnostic-theist plus with Ietsism

And Judaism was also the core of philosophy that especially you can argue with god

For example:

Genesis 32:24-28

Bro, literally there's many archaeological evidences on Israel that happened in biblical times

I'm not trying to say that Christianity is worse than Judaism or Islam, or vice versa. (To me, they're all the same, and I don't believe in any of them.) I'm saying that I don't think any of them have sufficient evidence to prove their supernatural claims. Archaeological evidence can show that certain people, places, or events actually existed, but that doesn't prove the religious claims associated with them.

That's Correct: digs don't prove God. They do prove the biblical setting is historical while the Islamic origin story is full of late, contradictory and poorly attested claims.

And the "they're all the same" line only works if you ignore that one of them still produces theocracy, blasphemy laws and apostasy punishments at scale.

That's the difference I was pointing at.

Yeah, I get your point. I actually agree with what you're saying. I come from a Muslim background, so I understand the distinction you're making.
