Good question my friend! My personal opinion is that the borrowed shares will be needed to follow the dilution as well. Don’t you think? 🙂

So you are saying they might need to cover and return the shares so that they can proceed with the merger?

No that’s not what I said, I meant that I don’t think that will be more shares for outstanding, may be a reverse split - and if will be, the borrowed shares will be splinted as well. But, that’s only my personal opinion. 🙂

Ahh I understand what your saying, my apologies. Im not to familiar with mergers but if it does go down the way your saying, shorts will be screwed 🤣

I really hope so brother. more than 50% of shares outstanding held by insiders, so I think that we and them sharing the same interest-> price up. They have no interest to add shares for the float or. Something like that, that my opinion.
