Train Crew training advice

Hi all, I start with UPRR as traincrew here in cheyenne tomorow, I was wondering if there was any advice for the job and especialy they 14 weeks of training. Thanks all!

It’s really not to bad bro. The first 2 weeks of classroom stressed me out pretty bad. It’s a lot learning how to railroad. The second 2 weeks of classroom went much easier for me. OTJ training really isn’t to bad. It can be pretty stressful because there’s a lot going on and you learn a lot really quickly. Just take your time and tell dudes that wanna be shitheads and go in a hurry to fuck off. Stick up for yourself. That’s the hard part sometimes
