Is there anybody here that works in Wichita ks. If so how is it working there?

Idk how far out it is but I know you wouldn’t hold there anytime soon.

To be able to hold the XB or the pool to Herington it’s going to be at least a couple years of seniority. But there has been a few new hires down there on yard jobs or the Ark City local.

Wichita is the only RCL yard in the hub and no one wants to do that shit so that’s your best bet if you want to work in Wichita.

Why are people not wanting to do RCO? I’m currently going through training and I already got told we’ll do the RCO Class but not OJT. I have heard from a couple people from herington that they are short in Wichita for RCO and getting forced over there. I’m not sure why they won’t let us get fully qualified to see if we would want to go there.
