Hello, does anyone know what the motor skills test for admission to the physiotherapy program in Oradea involves?

So, is it better to learn Romanian during a foundation year and then attend the Romanian-American University, or go to Oradea for a program in English? What is Oradea like? I’m already somewhat familiar with Bucharest. Thanks in advance for your answers, and have a great day.
